The host left use espresso pods for our morning coffee which was good to have. location was close to were we wanted to go. The apartment was clean and we had more then enough clean towels to use.

We had to go up 3 flights of stairs which was hard with luggage & kids. the rest was good.

Very clean and we have everything we need. Best thing was the available parking.

Clean and new place - accepts animals without a problem.

Very poor sound isolation to the point where we didn't get a single good night sleep due to the neighbours above us shouting / moving furniture / walking around from 11pm-3am. The host told us they are free to do what they want in their apartment, but also that he would speak to them about it. The internet was extremely patchy and weak during the whole of our stay. After raising difficulties with the host, receiving messages like "We are working on this to feed my family, for us it is very important the review if not destroy us :( :( :'(" was extremely out of place

Location. Informative kind host. Immaculately clean.

We were put into an apartment with bunk beds and not into the apartment shown in the photos that we booked. It was a very different apartment. Not as comfortable for our needs. However we made do as it was only one night. Assuming this is a advertising issue.
