"Ideal location for our trip to Chester Zoo"

We had no forks on arrival but Helen made sure she hand delivered some within 45 minutes. Basic design so very baby friendly for our three toddlers

There was nothing to really like about the property, it was very basic.

House was freezing when we arrived and no information on operating the Central Heating. The Controller for the upstairs heating was broken. Not enough dishes, glasses and cutlery for the 8 people staying. Dining table & chairs only accommodated 6. (Very bad when house is supposed to accommodate 10. Beds especially pillows and duvets were very poor. All the walls were very bare with no pictures and very few mirrors No curtains in any room only slatted blinds, so daylight woke people up early. No normal TV stations.
