There was no hanger inside bathroom. The bathroom was too small and the drainage pipe of basin was not connected and the water was flowing to the feet. And the rooms were smelling too. And T.V. was only for show. And even water for drinking was not provided.

The staff is very polite and they treat us like a family nd it nearby all the ganga ghats as well . At this price point it's the perfect place to stay with family/friends/Solo. Highly recommended.......

The Hotel is very tide, neat and clean and the environment within is very fresh. The Hotel owner himself and his staff are very kind people and very friendly. They will make your stay most memorable and will provide you with any services you like be it a ride within the city or a budget friendly as well as kind and friendly behavior especially travel guide and also will help you to do Varanasi All ghats tour with boat and especially they will explain each and every historical and cultural significance of those ghats along with Morning and Evening Aarati and also they will take you to the best and budget friendly Banarasi Saree Factories. In short the stay at hotel is very memorable although they need to keep a pinned location using Hotel name at the Google Map and also needs to put up the Hoarding board of the Hotel at the main Road. And will see to visit the Ancient City of Varanasi and would like to use the same facilities. And next time it would be much better if the hotel provides AC services too.(😂). Thank you.😊🙏🙏

Property owner is so warm welcomed person he gave us room to change and get ready at 8am In morning and without any extra charges as we arrived early at 6am at Banaras railway station he didn’t even asked for any token amount as the rest people do but me myself gave 200 a night before to make him sure about our arrival. He did his best to serve us we checked in at 11am in 2 double bed room over and above this we stayed from 1st oct till 2nd October and checked it out at 11am on 2nd but as our train was late at 11pm we asked him to keep our luggage as we have to cover more places and provide us a room to change if possible around 8pm so that we can travel back to delhi comfortably he did the same and provided us a room to change as it was raining on 2nd oct since morning.

Rooms need ventilation in bathrooms and cleanliness also Rooms must be having AC as there is suffocating inside the room and will make you sweat like hell in day and very bad at night farrata fan won’t work.
