This is an excellent and very clean place to stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property is outstanding and truly impressive. Everything was neat, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The person at the reception welcomed me in a very warm and professional way, which made a great first impression. He was very helpful and kind throughout my stay. He also arranged a very good and affordable private taxi for me from Madinah to Jeddah airport, which made my journey easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

not like: The only issue I faced was that the hot water in the washroom was not working properly. Also, the TV was not functioning during my stay. I hope these small issues can be fixed to make the experience even better.
