HABITACIONES EN EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN PARA 8 PERSONAS

Excellent location. Hosts were very responsive and responded immediately to any questions/requests, etc. Allowed us to have a late check out which was really helpful. The rooms were very spacious.

The house is very old. Very creaky floors. Decor is old looking. Things like soap/shampoo, etc were not provided.

The host is amazing. Patricia gave us specific instructions to collect the keys, was very responsive during our stay and answered all our questions. One thing remarkable is that we booked by mistake one day earlier than our return flight, when we realized we were out of town. Patricia collected our stuff personally and saved them in the basement, even though it was our mistake. She also helped us find another property for the remaining day. I'll definitely book the same property again. Amazing neighbourhood!

No AC or fan in the room.

The host is lovely. The room is smaller than it seems in the photos. The other rooms are bigger and have more light (they are the more expensive ones upstairs--if those are available I suggest booking there instead).

There needs to be a way to lock the bathroom without being inside. There was an incident with another guest (a drunk man fully exposed) using the bathroom assigned to my room: he did not lock or even close the door. He was obviously inebriated in the middle of the day. The host apologized for his behavior but this could be prevented with a simple lock and key.

The place itself is very beautiful. The atmosphere in the house makes you feel at home. Good facilities and very friendly.

The location in Condesa near the park is excellent for families. Charming older house, that is not a sterile hotel chain! If you want new and perfectly sterile it’s not the place. If you want authentic and historic, it’s is outstanding. The host Patricia met us with the keys and was very helpful and responsive to minor issues…great service!

Easy to check in when my flight got in late.
