The location of the accommodation was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and shops. While it was a little difficult to find initially, once we located it, we appreciated its proximity to various amenities. Additionally, the area felt safe and clean, which added to our peace of mind during our stay. The apartment itself was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of six girls. We found the living arrangements to be suitable for our needs, and the facilities provided were sufficient for our short stay.

One significant issue was the lack of hot water in the bathrooms. Despite bringing this concern to the attention of the staff multiple times, it was not resolved during our stay. Given the cold weather outside, this made our experience quite challenging and uncomfortable. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that basic toiletries, such as handwash, were not provided. The soap available in the bathroom was visibly dirty, with hair stuck to it, which was a hygiene concern. It was evident that the washrooms required thorough cleaning and maintenance for future guests. Additionally, the lack of proper mirrors in the apartment was inconvenient. Having only one mirror or, ideally, multiple mirrors would have been appreciated, especially when accommodating a larger group. Another issue we encountered was with the Wi-Fi socket, which had a loose wire and took considerable time to fix. This impacted our ability to stay connected during our stay.
