Location

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Cleanliness I had a very disappointing experience with this property/PIC. Firstly, I was not given the check-in details in advance. I had to reach out to the host myself, only then did they send the information, which was very inconvenient. Upon arrival, I found the toilet paper and towels were dirty (with stain) which was unacceptable. Even worse, the toilet was clogged. I contacted the PIC about the issue, and they promised to send someone at 10 AM the next day to fix it. However, no one showed up on time, and I was repeatedly told to “just wait” with a very poor attitude throughout the communication. Overall, I do not recommend this place due to the lack of basic cleanliness and unprofessional service.
