Luxurious & Spacious Central Residence with Balcony

This place is gorgeous. Beautifully designed. The location is amazing, super near to lots of nice restaurants and bars and right by the metro, tram and bus links! Bryan our host was very responsive when we had questions which was very much appreciated. The beds are super comfy and the sofa is almost too good, it makes it hard to leave the apartment! The place is huge, the bedrooms are so far apart you can't hear each other at all even when calling! I would definitely recommend this place, would be great for two couples.

This place was fantastic, there were just a few little touches that would boost it to a 10/10 such as towel and coat hooks, providing cooking oil etc. all minor things that I think will be addressing as this place is still so new!

Everything about the apartment was just brilliant. The location, host and the apartment itself has definitely exceeded our expectations. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we will be definitely returning in the future.

The apartment was stunning, and you could see that a lot of money had been spent on it to make it so. There could be a few things added to this apartment and I would have gave it a ten. There was no drying wrack as had been mentioned on the itinerary, therefore after washing your clothes and towels there was nowhere to put them as there are no hooks anywhere or radiotors, so we had to go to the laundrette to dry them as the heating comes from air conditioning units. Location was great, you could walk to many attractions and plenty eating places nearby. The host was excellent and let us stay later for checkout.

As mentioned before nowhere to put wet clothes and a toaster would have been great, there is one in the microwave but when we made toast in it, it would have broke your teeth. No tin opener either. These are trivial issues as the apartment is absolutely stunning, we will stay here again but please get a drying wrack and toaster.

The apartment was beautiful. Secure, with 2 gates which are locked and need the key for someone to enter the building. The apartment door is secured by code which is being changed every time someone else books it! Very comfortable and warm environment! The host was very friendly and kind. Whatever we needed their response was very quick! The location was perfect for us. There were many supermarkets restaurants around it so we would go everywhere by foot. And if you don't want to walk the metro station is right opposite yha apartment. I highly recommend it!

The only thing that was a bit irritating was that the ensuite bathroom in the bedroom next to the entrance whenever both bedrooms showers were working, because we were 5 people, it did not have hot water 10 minutes after we showered.

The central location, the view, the looks and the facilities of the property. It is located very close to anything you need since it’s near a public transport cross with metro, tram and busses. The view on the balcony is really nice. The apartment itself is huge and as the property states in it’s name it is luxurious and spacious. The apartment looks really good and tidy with good taste in all the arrangements. You can observe that an interior designer was used when creating this beauty. The couch is huge, the kitchen is very equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a spacious dishwasher to clean everything used. Everything is great and worth the listed downsides written below, that i will hope to get fixed in the future 😄

Don’t get scared by the wall of text. The property is new so there is still room for improvement and those can be fixed in the future. I think most of the problems are related to the bathrooms. First of all, since there is no heating system, only air conditioning in the rooms, it is very cold during winter in the bathroom. You could feel the cold coming through the walls. The second problem is that the water temperature could not get higher for the bathroom that is near the entrance on the right. I believe if both of the showers are used simultaneously, the room near the entrance has the temperature of the water very low. We could barely feel any hot water. Second of all, the drainage is way too small. It barely works and since there is no stopper for the water, it overflows in the entire bathroom. This is true for both the bathrooms. Third point. After you use the towels there is no place to hang them. We used the hangers from cabinet, but this should’t really be the solution. Bonus points if we could have some slippers for the bathroom since the floor is very cold and there could be besides the shower gel recipient a shampoo recipient. It would be good to have hangers at the entrance since there is space to mount them.
