MYNo one contacted me from the property after booking. On 4 Oct i was on the way to Kuala terengganu and contacted the property around 1pm to ask them about key collection but I was informed that the property got water supply problem I can't stay at the property. The owner refund my booking payment by personally transfer to me. Its fine but is it correct? Why the owner or booking.com not notified me earlier about the property issues? I was just 3 hours away to reaching KT with my family and I was informed that the property unavailable when I call them. At the end make my day difficult. Booking hotel last minutes over budget
