Communication with the host was at high end whenever we need he is able to communicate. And the staff are friendly. But the location is far away need to walk through streets. And with kids it’s tough. Better if they provide heaters in rooms in winter months. They even arrange you with boat rides and will let you know anything you need in varanasi and surroundings. We are happy to visit again but really need to change the location please.

Everything was great, especially the warmth and helpfulness of Mr. Kuldeep and his employees. I was helped in all matters, be it arranging a city guide (Ajit was great) or organizing a visit to the Kumbh Mela (also great). My room was simple but clean and the price was absolutely right. In the end all I have to say is: THANK YOU

Too much noise in the mornings and in the evenings, mostly because of other guests

Kuldeep and Harshit were extremely welcoming and friendly along with being professional too. We had trip on the Ganges arranged by Kuldeep and a trip to very special ceremony late one evening too.

Room was good, bed like at home. Area perfect, relatively quiet, there is no direct street for cars! Owner and staff very helpful, thanks

First room next to the reception very noisy, noise from people infront of reception and my door until 12.

Even though we booked the room well in advance, because of the delay in flight , we reached the premises early in the night,the person in charge refused to give us the room.But he was kind enough to arrange alternate accomadation.

What is the logic behind advance booking,really I don’t understand.
