ConVivo Apartment Palazzo Galateo

It was in an excellent location, had wonderful light, was spacious, and the host was excellent and helpful. Lecce is a wonderful place and a wonderful base for visiting other parts of Puglia.

Apartment is huge with lovely sitting area and bedroom, a balcony and a huge rooftop terrace. Location is on a quiet street which is close to the historic centre. Emanuele was a very helpful and accommodating host, giving us useful information on the apartment, location and directions.

Der Standort ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung, und es gab nur ein einziges anständiges Bett, in dem man bequem schlafen konnte. Drei Personen mussten auf einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa schlafen, dessen Matratze so dünn war, dass man das Metallgestell deutlich gespürt hat. Auch die Bettwäsche war nicht so hygienisch und wirkte sehr alt und abgenutzt. Das Apartment an sich hat Potenzial. Allerdings finde ich, dass es selbstverständlich sein sollte, zumindest in einem sauberen und gemütlichen Bett schlafen zu können.

Geweldig apartement met zeer goede locatie aan de rand van het oude centrum, parkeergelegenheid in de buurt (betaald) en een heerlijk balkon en dakterras.

Location was perfect - in a quiet street but very central to everything. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice. The space was larger than expected, but also the design and overall structure with stone walls and the balcony to sit for a coffee in the morning - just perfect for what I wanted. Emanuele was a great host - he gave as detailed and easy instructions for self-check in and followed up with messages to make sure that everything was OK.

There wasn't anything that I would say I didn't like - for a few slight improvements would be in the kitchen to make more worktop space and easier to reach sockets for kettle etc. but that is all.

Le propriétaire qui est adorable La localisation Le rapport qualité prix imbattable qu il faut souligner malgré les defauts du logement

La literie secondaire (pour les familles > à 2 personnes) peu confortable voir pas adapté pour des adultes (enfants ok) La cuisine et salle de bain vieillissante qui leur donne un aspect peu entretenues La vaisselle dépareillée, les poêles usees et parfois cassée. Le linge rappeux et parfois troué Honnêtement, ce sont des petites choses a prendre en considération dans les améliorations a apporter car ces petits details changeraient la perception un peu négative qu on peut se faire du logement qui a un atout majeur : son rapport qualité prix!
