Location was great, apartment fix the 6 of us just fine. It was tight but doable.

It needs some investment. Recommend adding a nice deck to the front so you can sit outside. There is plenty of room to do it and it would transform the experience. When we washed clothes, we had to dry them in the dining room. Replacing the washing machine to a wash/dry machine would have made it a bit nicer and easier to wash clothes and have a meal at the table.

"Good apartment, good view"

Good size space. Clean. Best shower of the 8 properties we stayed at good pressure. Oven and washing machine if you want to cook in. Communication from host was good but ignore google maps as it had that number on the other street.

The property is up a long step hill. If you have mobility problems / push chairs / young kids it could be a problem… The toilet seat needs fixing and it wobbles. A toaster would be a bonus. Upstairs neighbours kids running over the floor on a night makes quite a sound. There is a back patio area but it’s locked with no key to access.. would have been good to be able to put the washing outside. The property was the most expensive in our 3 weeks trip of Italy.. could be better priced we only booked as our other one was cancelled due to mud slide. The trash/rubbish system is confusing. Certain items of rubbish. Ie general waste, only go on a Tuesday.. but if your only staying a few nota I’m not sure how your meant to get rid of your waste.. we took ours back with us otherwise 30 euro fine.
