Spacious room with nice and newer kitchenette. Very comfortable king size bed. Great AC. Perfect location walkable to all the St. Augustine sites and restaurants. Extremely clean. Very nice newer bathroom. The best hosts, so accommodating. Very large covered outdoor seating area/deck. Includes parking. Very reasonable rate.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was great too. It was an easy walk to all attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The room could use a closet to hang some clothing, or even some hooks to hang jackets in the area where the shoe rack is.
