こちらの間違えでご迷惑かけてしまったのに親切にして頂けたこと感謝してます。

朝食付きのプランで夕食が含まれてなく実費で券を買わないといけなくてなったことくらい。最初から夕食も含むって載せて欲しかったこと

レストランが広く、メニューも取りやすいし居心地がいい。また、温泉がとても気持ちよかった。

レストランの空調がちょっと寒かった。天井クーラーの下に座席はないほうがいい。氷を出す機械が自販機の前にあったのが初めて泊まらせてもらう人にとっては分かりにくい。フロント付近のセルフコーヒーの近くにあって、氷を入れる容器が衛生的に保管されていると安心で使いやすいし、アイスコーヒーを作りやすい動線になってもらえてたらよかった。
