Staff were great, really helpful. I arrived at a different hotel route inn and the staff assisted by calling a taxi for me

Difficult to access via public transport but staff helped with taxis. Accidentally booked a smoking room which was very unpleasant as a non smoker due to the smell but this is a fault from me rather than the hotel.
