I appreciated the fact that our host was responsive. We arrived a little early (not to be repeated for future guests) and she did her best to accommodate us. The location is perfect. There are stores all around within walking distance and you find everything you need to eat and a bus station not far away for those who don't have a car. The room is equipped with an air-conditioner for those slightly warmer moments. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for evening strolls as a couple. And, there's a park nearby. And the beach (Dania beach/Hollywood beach) is just a fifteen-minute drive away. I enjoyed my stay!

There was little guidance on how to use the kitchen equipment, and we were a little hesitant. We had to contact our host to find out whether or not we could. Perhaps in the future we can clarify whether or not guests can use the kitchen appliances.
