Great location, very clean, really nice decoration

Despite the apartment looking very nice the bed was soo uncomfortable it ruined the stay. It’s a shame because it has been mentioned on previous reviews that the bed is sunken and very uncomfortable but nothing has been done to rectify this. When you can’t have a good nights sleep then all the other facilities are pointless. We should have stayed in a hotel. The other part is the lock to the building does not work and it is only a single lock on the apartment door, so it is not very secure. Again this has been pointed out on previous reviews but still not fixed.

All straight forward process, keys in lockbox as stated. Well equipped apartment. Electric Shower worked well. Beds comfy. Nice towels. Nice complimentary coffee pods. Good location and easy walk to Union Square, Codonas, Science Centre, train and bus.

The outside door lock didn’t seem to engage so anyone could come into block. Sofas were not very comfortable and tv was not positioned to view from both sofas. Hot water was a problem, the water in kitchen and bathroom sink was barely warm so had to boil kettle. Reported issue and understand it has been fixed.

perfect location, very calm. washing machine available as well. I was to dumb to find the key bit the support was very friendly and helpful

The mattress of the queen size bed was to soft. So we had to switch to the other bed which were available and slept perfect.

Fab apartment, close to all amenities, comfortable

We loved this apartment’s bold, eclectic design. It’s clearly professionally managed: thoughtful touches everywhere and all essentials provided. The location is ideal - peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the city centre. Plenty of good restaurants close by, a supermarket within 5 minutes, and the train station around a 15-minute walk. Communication was smooth, prompt, and very professional throughout. Highly recommend!
