Worcester Terrace Nine - Christchurch Holiday Homes

Clean, comfortable, perfect location, quiet. One can walk easily to all parts of the central city. Parking space for car. Lovely living space on upper floor; well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms small with limited space for luggage, but we kept ours in second bedroom. A small table or shelf in bathrooms would be good as there's nowhere to put toiletries, and other bathroom stuff. The agents were very helpful, but there are too many automatic communications from the agents leading up to the booking. The latest communication is at the very bottom of the message and is easy to miss. The door entry code is rather 'obvious ' and a better one would be a good idea. We loved our stay and will book with this company on our next visit.

Pleasant stay. Modern, clean and comfortable with added benefits of pantry items and Coffee machine. Heating in bathrooms gives it a lux feel. There is WIFI, I just generally don't use it at properties. TV in each bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are downstairs, great benefit for luggage cartage. All living space is upstairs with a balcony overlooking the lane way and open space. Lovely designed area surrounds.

No apartment negatives here.. only suggestion is… Instructions included in the compendium for the oven. Maybe provide clearer instructions to the waste refuse location. There’s a bit of building work going on, though I didn't find it intrusive. Some low socioeconomic people in the evening in the laneway, meetup at the seats.

Location is a short stroll to the tram terminal and the cardboard Cathedral. Easy flat walk into the heart of the CBD. Property is well equipped and very comfortable. Free car park space 50 meters from property.

Bedroom sizes are a tad cosy.
