what a charming and whimsical property - so many lovely elements! the patio/garden area was perfect. All the appliances worked perfectly.

maybe for some 18 steps to the 2nd floor might be a problem all ok for us

"Great location - amazing hosts - nice stay for 4 grown women in for the book festival."

We loved the location—perfect for attending the TX Book Festival, with an easy drive to the Capitol grounds. The hosts were fantastic with communication, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The space had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The local Austin treats were enjoyed by all.

The only suggestion would be to have more seating in the living room, but we were able to bring in chairs from the dining room table, so it worked out fine! If you have more than one car, make sure you grab your spot on the street - and use the driveway for late night parking.

Spacious, clean, location, amenities- had everything one might need while away from home. The balcony and patio were a major hit. We enjoyed the bidet as well.

We liked everything.
