I stayed for 3 nights. The aircond at the bedroom was not functioning. But the agent was like trying to blame me as she said that before I got in everything was ok. I think they are already know the aircond was not functioning because they was a stand fan in the unit, which i think a replacement for the aircond. I reported few hours after checked in n she said next morning will get the technical to check. But, no one came till noon & I had to contact her again. Then she said next day which i think ridiculous coz the next day will be my last day, so what for? I ask for unit change, even the bed count was same, but the unit was open unit & small, & the worst the unit deco was so bad & the sofa look so dirty. I have no word to complaint to the agent anymore coz i felt so exhausted unpack & pack, so i stayed another 2 days there. Till my check out, both unit were left like how i came, but what i got was deduction of cleaner charges & padlock missing which so so nonsense.
