When we entered the apartment, we noticed the smell of animal urine, which later became particularly strong on the sofa in the living room—it was almost impossible to sit on it because the smell was so strong. The apartment needs renovation—there is old furniture and appliances as part of the mid-century apartment's design, but apart from that, everything is old and shabby. The cleaning is only super basic, there's dust everywhere, and it's OLD dust (you can't use the fan because of the layer of dust on the blades), the air conditioner in one of the rooms smelled really bad of mold when we turned it on. The pillows need to be replaced, and so do the curtains... The towels were washed, but they were probably washed in that antiquated washing machine in the kitchen, so they weren't white. In my opinion, the apartment needs, if not renovation, then at least a thorough cleaning and replacement of the sheets, towels and definitely pillows. In the bathroom, the shower is held in place with adhesive tape, and there is no hair dryer. The doors don't close properly, so there's no privacy whatsoever...
