Bed was not comfortable

Good for families with Children. Kids activities are fantastic, food options were good. The camping is like a city. Dogs are welcome but not everywhere. Thank God for air conditioning...

The beds were not comfortable, the bed cover was a plastic bag which was horrible. Ants everywhere in the mobile home. The tree was drooling some kind of sticky glue all over our porch, dog, cloths etc was terrible, i had to wash my dog with dish soap to get it off her. My bathing suit got ruined because of sticky stains. The parking was not next to the mobile home and because the camping is so big you need to use the car inside. Checking-in process was way too long and they counted wrong wanted me to pay extra for the cleaning although it was included in the booking.com fee. Tax fee was counted wrong booking.com should update the Tax. So it was a few Euros more. Dog fee was 10€ per night (if you are in a mobile home). Check out is 10 o'clock which is way too early. Only 1 paper roll for 2 toilets which was not comfortable for a 4 star camping. No beach/pool towels. Fridge light was broken. Loud music in the middle of the night, unclear where was it coming from.
