Beautiful and unique property located in the heart of Trapani. Had everything we needed.

The courtyard is pretty and well maintained. The location cannot be beat! We were given an upgraded room upon check-in and personally greeted by Sol. She gave us recommendations via WhatsApp for dinner and we tried all three! All amazing. We felt our room (the large red one set back from the courtyard) was private with a lot of space. We even had coffee and cut up the fruit they provided one morning. We were able to leave our luggage when we went to favignana for two nights and use the bathroom again when we returned. We met the owner, Luna, as we were checking out and she gave us pastries from rinascente (the bakery down the street) as a goodbye gift. Very thoughtful and very warm people. The room we stayed definitely had several of the historic convent decor maintained with very high ceilings. We were able to drop our luggage easily and then park at parcheggio Vittorio Emanuele, a short walk away. Thank you for the hospitality!

The ancient monastery is nicely rebuild and turned into guesthouses/rooms. There is even a room build in the chapel. The locations is perfect, just at the edge of old town Trapani. The rooms are clean and provide all the facilities you need to enjoy a great holiday in Trapani. The garden within the monastery complex provides some cooling and peace and quiet to escape from the hotter or busier moments in Trapani. The staff (owners and landlady) are very helpfull and give you a feeling of home coming.

Apartment: we chose a 2 bedroom apartment - really lovely aspect on the ground floor opening straight out onto the beautiful, planted courtyard where there is plenty space to enjoy a drink or a meal and shelter from the sun under orange and pomegranate trees. The courtyard is gated with secure access right onto the quiet back-streets. The apartment is airy, with high ceilings and the kitchen has a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, coffee-making facilities and everything else you might need when dining-in. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked really well and was appreciated as it was still very hot even in September. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom for showering. Location: is placed in a quiet backstreet of the historic center but you can walk to the sea front within five minutes. There are lots of places locally to eat out or have a drink (really recommend cocktails at one of the bars up on the sea wall, as the sun is setting). Supermarkets are also close by if you want to eat-in and enjoy the apartment, and there is a Pasticerria literally right on the street corner. Host: A very warm welcome on arrival from Luna and her team, who were able to recommend us places to eat and things to see, and were always on hand if we had questions. They very kindly allowed us to leave our bags with them in a private area after checkout as we had a late evening flight home. Great place to stay, very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended, we will certainly come again.
