"Decent stay ruined by water leakage"

Good location, good service even tho there’s a shortage of staff (no cleaning staff)

We had water leakage from one of the bathrooms that spread into the apartment and after we contacted the staff, literally the security guard was the one who showed up, only to bring us towels…Yes TOWELS to clean the ground, we had to basically figure out the leak ourselves and after we requested an appartement change we were told everything is booked
