Lovely Apartment with Private Terrace by URBAN RENT

Gerai veikė kondicionierius/rekuperatorius, nemaža terasa, patogus vonios kambarys, pilnai aprūpinta virtuvė.

Matosi ilgalaikė nešvara (kilimėlis prie durų nešvarus, spintos neišvalytos, voratinkliai palubėse, pakėlus lovą paimti patalynę pilna dulkių). Patalynės nėra individualios, o dvigulės. Virš sofos esanti lempa nusvirusi, trukdo ir nėra kaip jos perstumti. Miegoti ant sofos labai nepatogu, nes nėra jokio antčiužinio. Apartamentai skelbiasi, kad turi parkavimo vietą, bet mums atvykus ji buvo užimta ir niekas niekuo negalėjo padėti. Teko važinėti ir ieškoti, kur toliau palikti automobilį, kas sukėlė nepatogumų.

I booked these apartments expecting higher standards, as they were quite expensive. Before booking, I specifically asked if there would be coffee and was assured there would be a coffee machine. However, there was neither a coffee machine nor any coffee at all. Had I been informed, I would have brought my own. Most apartments at this price point provide at least basic coffee and tea for guests. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, with sample-sized products in paper sachets. The apartment was extremely hot (30.5°C). When I called the administration, I was told the heating could not be adjusted electronically and had to go to the utility room to manually turn off a valve. Even after doing so, the temperature did not improve, and it remained unbearably hot. I barely slept, had no morning coffee, and ended up feeling unwell after my stay. When I contacted the administration, they admitted their mistakes but offered no resolution or compensation. I could have booked a much cheaper apartment with similar (or better) amenities for my short stay. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
