I liked the bathroom. It looked very neat, was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.

I had a disappointing experience with the room. The refrigerator wasn't working, and when I raised a complaint, I was informed that it was faulty. The chairs appeared ancient and not of this era, and the bed frame was broken, covered with a visibly poorly stitched fabric. To make matters worse, I found a small roach in the room. There was no intercom available, which made communication with the front desk inconvenient although they gave me a phone number which i had to call using my mobile phone. Although I didn’t require hotel towels, none were provided in the room. I considered switching rooms, but unfortunately, the alternatives were poorly lit. As a result, I had no choice but to remain in the original room, where almost everything was substandard—except for the lighting. Overall, the cost of the room did not reflect the quality of the experience. It simply wasn’t worth the challenges I faced.
