The host was awesome, super attentive and responsive, even provided some wine and treats. The apartment was clean , equipped with anything needed, especially in the kitchen. Free parking around the flat, a huge gaming zone and Lidl nearby.

The location of the apartmant.

We totally don't recommend it in the summer for families with children. It is situated on the 5TH FLOOR AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The temperature in the apartment is usually 34-35 degrees. Besides, no parking is possible close to the apartment as the street is very busy and there are only a few parking lots. The closest parking is possible some streets away. The water pressure is very low. Finding the optimal temperature for shower is almost impossibile and the water heater is leaking. The mosquito net is missing somewhere and there are insects inside. The dishwasher was out of order and the owner replaced it only in the middle of our stay (after we requisted it). The owner is arrogant, also with the booking. The booking asked her for compensation because of the problems, but she was not ready for any compensations. Moreover, booking couldn't communicate in English with her (only in Italian), even if English as a spoken language is listed in the description on the website. These circumstances totally ruined our holiday in Genoa.

"One night in Genova for the Aquarium"

Good location. For our dog, there was a park nearby, and for our son there was a playground. It is a short walk to the shopping areas, and near the bus stop for our visit to the aquarium. The host was very responsive and offered instructions for public transportation. Check in instructions were very detailed. The apartment was pet and family friendly, with a full kitchen and plenty of space.

Be aware that this apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator. The host provided fans for us but it was still very hot.

First of all, the host is very kind and helped me with any questions I had. The apartment is very comfortable and cute, supplied with everything you might need. I had a great sleep. Free parking around the building, also public transport stations are very close.

It was just a bit cold when I just arrived, but it's a big flat, takes some time to heat up.
