MARGHERITA Suite 60m Apartment with Balcony in Lecce Historic Centre

Clean and spacious apartment with great rooftop terrace. Perfect location, close to all landmarks but still not in the area overwhelmed by turists. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely renovated and spacious apartment. Great Kitchen which we used several times.Excellent WI FI Large roof terrace shared with just one other apartment .Location was perfect very quiet but 2 mins walk from everything Owner was quick to respond when needed

Colibri residence has got two different apartments, Lotus apartment and Margherita apartment. They are not identical. The one you see on Booking.com is Margherita. Lotus apartment has no bathroom window, and the entrance (living room) has no window, just the entrance door. Still it is very beautiful, stylish and comfortable. The Alami street is a quiet street, with hardly any traffic, no noise from cafes or restaurants. Still very well located. The roof top is very big.

Spacious, high-ceilinged apartment with gorgeous floor tiles. Everything very clean and comfortable. On a quiet lane just steps from the city centre. (And Lecce is an amazing city!) Luigi was very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp.

The location was excellent, with great security, and facilities for self catering. It was very spacious.

The apartment is in an old, historical building in the old town, but it is very nicely renovated. It was very clean, and we really liked the interior decoration as well. The owner was always available, responding very fast when we had questions. The location was great, in the centre of the old town, but still in a quiet street.
