Luxurious Private Heated Pool Villa Close to Disney

Small animals by the zink and in bathroom. Sun beds where vorn out.

The AC went out one day while we were away so when we got back to the house that night it was 85 degrees so had to try and sleep that night UGH and the bedroom ceiling-fans where really loud due to not working correctly which added to the discomfort of trying to sleep. Then the next morning I could call the property management and left a message, they arrive very quickly and replaced the thermostat but they would have to talk to the owner about the fans but nothing came of that, but the AC worked so no biggy. The only other issue we had was not all the power out lets work so you had to search for one that worked also not a big problem, just wanted to make the owner aware of this

It was close to all the parks and shops etc.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property it was perfect!

Host was fantastic and communicated very well Had a little issue and was sorted straight away Was our children’s first trip and they accommodated this well

The property is dated and whilst not a issue, was also very unclean, I am sure the owners aren’t even aware of this, areas in clear view are clean but behind Tver, above the fridge, underside of coffee tables all clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Our bedside table drawers when we open them up both had bugs in, around the bathroom sink in first bedroom had little bugs crawling around. The property is large and spacious and really does have the potential to be a great rental but it’s lacking in decent cooking facilities, pans were greasy and unclean, with handles dropping off And had we been a larger family we would be struggling with the facilities to cook for. Large party. the job rings when cooking kept switching off so we struggled to cook a meal - now this may be user error but there were no clear instructions on how to use the oven. The pool looked dirty and unclean and we were reluctant to swim in it. I do know whilst we were there a pool maintenance man came out to clean the pool but the facilities really do need a clean coat of paint. furniture in the garden was broken and wrapped up with tape so my partner couldn’t sit on it, we wanted a barbecue but the barbecue in the garage was dirty and rust and definitely not one we would use. as advised I do think this has potential to be a great rental but it’s tired and dated and not sure the owners are even aware of the lack of cleaning going on in the property. for the amount we paid for this location the cost really was not justifiable and we are disappointed in our trip

Location was great. Spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool.

No complaints.

The location was very close to parks, safe and very upscale neighborhood. House is very spacious and we had lot of fun. Everything we need was in the house. Close to Hampton Lake as well just walking distance. Host was also very nice and responsive.

Toiletries could have been better, but we just got our own as well so not a big deal.
