The location is wonderful -- walking distance to the restaurants and places to see in Auckland! The view is indeed great! We could see the water from the apartment.

I think they just need to upgrade the couch and furnishings.

The second bedroom was the size of a small office with 2 single bed jammed in. You could hardly call it a second bedroom to be frank.
