Cozy and clean homestay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. Spacious living hall. Kitchen utensils and cookware is enough for steamboat and light cooking. Friendly security.

On going construction nearby. Quite a long distance to the nearest convenience stores and shops.

Overall the stay is cool, the kitchen utensil and cutlery is complete, there's TV programme for kids and adults. Spacious living hall. Satisfied. Will consider this unit for our next trip to Genting.

Location and the view is facing construction site, is dusty so unable to open the window and the glass door at the balcony. There's no dustbin in the toilet.

Too bad the ongoing construction everywhere nearby is hurting the staying experience. Noisy construction until late night and the roads are in bad conditions.

"Good for lil getaway if you have own transportation"

Generally, the idea of the homestay is nice. Utensils, tables and beds are enough for you to have a steamboat and gathering with friends and family for a getaway. The AC is tiptop, the toilet is clean, security guards are awesome.

One of the main drawbacks will be the view and location. You will have a view of building construction with a mug basically (not to mention the dust if the window left open), quite a long distance to the nearest convenience stores and shops.

It has a gym and outdoor heated pool, and a hotel (scape Hotel) at the same area, so we can have a breakfast there (additional charges), the food was pretty good.

All the bedsheets in the three bedrooms had stains, we reported to the owner and were replaced at once. Bad odour coming from the bathrooms, sewage kinds smell. Lots noises (even at night) coming from surroundings since there are many developments going on around the area.
