It’s quite close to the airport . Everything was clean and handy . Breakfast was provided for free ( self made )

The room was clean but cold

The garden view they advertised was a beaten down garden. There was no coffee and what they offered for breakfast was appalling. There was old mattresses, people’s shoes downstairs in the corridor

"Good place to stay the night before or after a flight."

Very clean and fairly comfortable. Owner seemed very nice. Easy to find. Good value for money. Fairly close to the airport.

Room barely had any floor. There is communal kitchen, toilets, and fridge, but not communal sitting area, which makes it rather difficult to use, seeing as the rooms are tiny.

Very accessible to Luton airport. Price is very affordable. The room is scented and beautifully decorated. There is a kitchen with bread and eggs provided. You can make your own food too as the utensils and fridge are provided.

May not be convenient for those with big luggage if your room is on second floor.
