Nice location. The building management is great but because these rooms rented individually and independently so the building management can’t interfere. Overall nice building at nice location. I’ll recommend to do you search before proceeding with booking. Contact directly with the building management to do that google it.

Multiple people handling booking for some rooms. And every person presenting himself as a manager to the rental rooms. People don’t take responsibility. The problem is one person is managing on booking.com and other is managing same rooms with personal capacity. This creates unnecessary problems. Same room being booked by multiple people and everyone will say he is the property manager. I’ve to extend the stay and it was like the worst experience I ever had. Finally they extend the stay but changed my room, the room they gave me had broken main door lock. In the toilet the tissue roll holder was broken, the drawer was broken and half open, means you can’t close you can open, the exhaust fan was not working, actually it was moving with airflow or have no ifea in the toilet. Not enough light in the bathroom to shave properly. The internet was down in this room, the heating system was working perfectly in bed room but was not working in the lounge. but everything I mentioned here was working perfectly in previous room. Because they extended the room without getting through booking.com so they don’t care a the review. I’ve receipt of the payment and text messages history to prove my review and what I’m claiming. Hopefully management will look into this and in future we’ll have better experience

The location

Dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, dirty curtains. No breakfast even after we got free breakfast as part of the deal.

Nice location and clean apartment and the owner/staff promptly reply to your needs or concerns.value for money.

Bedding was not changed prior to our arrival. It was changed quickly first thing next morning.

Main door key wasn't there .poor service for breakfast so only had one day breakfast.

Apartment is loaded in good location. All amenities are closed.
