Foundry Street Apartment 2 - Dunfermline city centre

Centrally located, a very short walk to the centre, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Modern decor, warm And comfortable.

The shower needs replaced, I wasn’t the first guest to mention this in the guest book. Switching to the rainforest shower head causes a horrendous amount of leaking from the plumbing and no water from the shower head. Changing the thermostat from cold - warm - hot WILL result in 30secs scalding hot water followed by a minute of warm to freezing water, this will not balance out and I’d say gets worse the longer the shower is running. This is the only thing to let down what is otherwise a fantastic place to stay.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing or travel links

Super cozy and value for money was unbelievable would recommend to anybody on a work trip or a stay to book here was so surprised at how amazing it was

Nothing everything was perfect

In a perfect location that's close to the bus station and a massive supermarket. As it's in a quiet area there was zero noise of traffic or rowdy people at night. The place itself was easy to find and access with only 14 steps to climb to get to the door of the apartment. Inside was clean and beautifully presented well with all the amenities you'll need for a week stay. The shower was easy to use. The living room/kitchen was lovely with a big smart TV with plenty of streaming apps on there including (and it surprised me) tiktok. There is also plenty of board games to play, some I'd never even heard of. The bed/bedroom was lovely, warm and cosy with plenty of soft pillows. Outside there was a table and chairs which would be wonderful to sit at during the summer months but unfortunately I went at the end of October so it was cold but this would've definitely been used if I was staying in the summer months

The shower wasn't as powerful as I would like and when I first went into the bathroom there was a weird smell but it didn't stay for two long. It might just be me but even when I had the heating on I couldn't living room warm. maybe there was a setting on there were I could increase the temperature but I couldn't figure it out

Very comfortable apartment furnished to a high standard. Good location for access to city centre etc. Excellent communication from the owner with regards to facility access. Highly recommended.

The apartment was small but very cozy. The bathroom was good in size and the heated towel rack was a bonus! The bed was comfy, good Wi-Fi and Netflix. Good location, close to restaurants, 10 min walk and close to Tesco superstore where you can buy anything. 20 min walk to train station but you can park and ride. Carolyn is a wonderful host, always there to answer your questions promptly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Car parking can be an issue and the sloping ceilings but don't let that put you off.

The flat is very comfortable, and really close to the centre of Dunfermline, a Tesco and the bus station. The host was very helpful and kind to upgrade our booking to a flat with a washing machine which was much needed during our stay. It's a very cosy place like home both of us slept really well
