The room was clean. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items. No coffee maker.

I booked that room because I had an important interview. I was told the internet was solid. It broke up repeatedly during the interview; I lost that opportunity due to that. You are using a nextgear router; get Xfinity installed. Secondly, there is major construction going on next door, right outside my window. The internet was critical and it was a waste of time. The neighborhood is sketchy; it is not a place I would book to enjoy South San Francisco.

No separate temperature control in each room. Confusing communication received. 1st message clean deposit accepted then 2nd message to follow link to pay cleaning deposit. Extremely loud air vents.

I didn't like nothing. Bad customer Service and had me sleeping in my truck because they want to be greedy and take my money.

The soap in the bathroom was old, had fungus or whatever type of build up in the bottle, as if the soap been there for a couple of years. I was really into liking this place but they had me and my partner sleeping in my truck. I only had concerns about the price, after 5 hours of back and forth they told booking that I can pay my 100 dollars deposit, so when I was ready to pay they played me and said that they couldn't accept it. No type of consideration for your money. These people are money hungry and inconsiderate, they will take your money and don't care about your concerns when it comes to pricing. Plus the beds are flimsy and not comfortable. Get a hotel and not this crap.

the property was nice and quite. very great place to find relaxation after a days work or whatever.
