The place is nicely kept, with all facilities. Room & washroom is clean. The staff is helpful. Swiggy/Zomato works in Surat else there are places to eat nearby as well.

The suite room was spacious. However, it was not ready and we had to wait for around 30 min even though we checked into the hotel in the evening. The wifi did not reach the room and wasn't working at all. The breakfast was very disappointing.

Stayed for a Night this week with 2 other friends while attending a Conference in Surat. We checked at 6 in the evening when the check in time is 12 pm But the Rooms where not ready at 6 in the evening. Breakfast served only after 9.30 am..Tea and Bread butter served was pathetic. Though the Room was small but comfortable. For the price we paid 2 Rooms for 3 people for the night was ok. Bathroom was ok. House keeping staff is lazy but after firing them they did well.

There was no staff at all to clean and maintain the rooms. There were only two people who were on reception and also for taking care of any other issues like cleaning or providing. I had booked for a bfast included package and to my shock there was no kitchen and they could even outsource bfast. It became difficult as I was accompanied with child
