Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Harrisonburg

Almost nothing.

The breakfast that was advertised was a joke. This is not Covid anymore so let’s actually make food, not just put out store bought items like granola bars and oatmeal. Those are more like breakfast snacks. The staff was rude and not helpful. Gave attitude when asked if this was all for food. Just a completely disappointing experience. Will never stay at this chain of hotel again.

It was a nice sized room and bed. I liked the fact it had a refrigerator, microwave and stove top. TV selecting was good. The staff was pleasant and checking was fast. Good location in Harrisonburg.

I found the bed a little too soft. The A/C made a racket at times. As other's have mentioned, the breakfast wasn't much to write home about, all packages stuff. I haven't been to a hotel in 6 years, but this is the first time I was presented with "terms of service" to review and accept.

Good location, nice look to it, easy parking

There was no soap or anything in the bathroom and the AC was really loud

Qualité prix très bien, personnel courtois, seul bémol, personne à la réception, ils auraient besoin d une sonnette pour avertir client à la réception.
