Great host, very close to shops and the host treated me well and showed me some great shops to go around and the whole neighbourhood is great and had a noice Philly cheese steak

Jeffrey is a great host. We learned a lot about Philly from him and he also provided everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. If you want to experience how it is to live in Philly home, this place is the way to do it. The neighborhood is the best for the most diverse food in Philly. The house is located on no-drive-through street so it's very quiet. And it's only a 5-10 min walk away from public transportation, so it's super easy to get everywhere.

The room is a bit on the small side but we spent most of our time exploring the city so it didn't matter.

I had an unpleasant experience in these apartments, but I also have my share of guilt here. Upon arrival at my accommodation, I couldn’t open the door because I didn’t use the code. I went to another hotel. The next day I decided to try again because the owner said that his cat was working. the next day the code actually worked.. I can’t say anything bad about the owners, but miracles don’t happen.

I didn't like the fact that if you are renting room out of your house let personal know owner will be present also while you stay there overnight 🤷👎👎..,. PEOPLE WANT PRIVACY... 🤷🤷🤷🤷

Found a long hair in my pillow the night I arrived. The toweled I was lend had bleach stains
