La ubicación es excelente. Supermercado La Torre justo al lado, panadería San Martín a 50 metros, bares y restaurantes en la misma cuadra, perfecto.

Ya el departamento necesita un mantenimiento, paredes manchadas de suciedad, las puertas de los muebles de la cocina dañadas, igual los closet y lo que menos nos agrado fue que encontramos el baño sucio, paredes sin lavar, se nota pues estan blancas, con manchas de gota seca y hay hongos en ellas, una buena lavada no estaría mal porque da mal aspecto.
