ZAHeather was an exceptional hosts. Attentive to our needs. We were met with little Easter eggs on our cosy beds. The flat is located in a central place. Shops & restaurants in walking distance. The area is quiet and perfect for a break away. Thank You

That there was no mirror in the bedroom - even if it is inside the cupboard. As a group of 4 there was only a mirror in the bathroom. It would be perfect if a mirror was in room for make up while others can use the bathroom and not wait.
ZAHeather and Jenna were able to accommodate our shifting arrival times with flexible key collection and drop-off at check-out, which was a bonus. We appreciated their attention to detail and warm professionalism.
ZAWe really liked the washing machine, and washing powder was provided, very convenient. There's even a section on the balcony to hang clothes. Well equipped kitchen including full oven and stove. Nice big shower The heater was a nice feature to take the chill out of the air The host also delivered the keys on time. We didn't have to wait at all. And she was most accommodating towards us The wifi is also really good, no issues at all Quite central location, so everything was close by
The couch is not the comfiest There's no lift, so we need to use the staircase with all the luggage No plug point on the left side of the bedroom
