Casa delle Belle Donne was the most homely apartment we stayed during our trip around Italy. It was very well presented and spotlessly clean. The location was great too within walking distance of the train station and local attractions.

The apartment front door was right on the street front so can be a bit noisy with pedestrians passing but this didn’t disrupt our sleep as the bedrooms are to the rear of the property.

The apartment is located in the historic centre within walking distance of both the station and the Leaning Tower. It is close to the main shopping street and the river, but is located in a quiet road. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

As the apatment is on the ground floor, there is only a limited aspect out. The sofa bed is low and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a little more crockery and curtlery and some hooks.

Alice was extremely friendly and helpful! She was kind enough to leave us an umbrella to help with the rain during our stay. She was quick to reply to my messages and sorted out an issue we had with the shower immediately. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The host was super helpful, let us check in earlier and was communicating all the time when needed. Location was great, very close to the river. Had really almost everything what we needed. Tidy apartment and a lot of space for just two of us.

I know this was not mentioned in the booking, but host should get an iron for the apartment, this is something not expensive item, but makes such a difference when you are a tourist. We only had one role of toilet paper for 3 days and 2 of us, so it was not enough. Shower water was not draining very well and all the big plates were not properly washed, from I guess maybe a previous guests. Apartment is very dark, so you don't have much day light, but we hardly spent any time in there, so we were ok.
