Trang An Hana homestay

Hana was a fantastic host always accommodating to our requests and helped organise our onward travel. The staff were always friendly and welcoming going above and beyond. The location is also very peaceful but right next to the river with plenty of great eating spots. They also have their own restaurant (the mango smoothie is the best in town!)

It was amazing. Surely one of the very best stays of our entire lives. The weather was really really hot, so we actually spent relatively much time on the premises during our 2 night stay. During that time there was no moment we’re bored or in any way unhappy. They have a very clean and nice swimming pool, pool table, free bicycles (even with different sizes of child seats), and SUP boards. There is plenty of nice food places and small groceries around, easily walkable even in the heat close to 40°C, and they are all ventilated. The people in the neighbourhood are nice and welcoming. However, the nicest person in the whole village must be Hana, our host. It is hard to put in words how much into her heart she takes it to make sure everyone in the homestay is happy. She is genuinely a wonderful person, and goes on to put in the extra effort at every possibility she gets. I have never seen anyone like that. Just as a few examples, when we arrived and we get a free upgrade, a bigger room with a river view, because she thought the room we chose wouldn’t be ideal for our family. She would ofc give her suggestions what to do and not around the location in that heat, and always gave snacks and water for our trips. I am also ashamed to admit, but when we eventually left, I forgot to pay the tap of the room (6-beers), and she would just put it on the house instead of giving me the payment details required. Hana felt like the definition of hospitality and friendliness, such a genuinely warm hearted person, who seems to love her occupation. She is also actively learning and practicing English to connect better with the occasional western guests. The room was spotlessly clean, they also asked if we wanted it cleaned daily, which we refused. The walls, the floors, the bathroom, everything was of super high standards and there was fridge in the room, that you may want to turn a bit warmer, because the ice cold drinks were almost too cold haha.

A person with anything negative to say about this stay would be crazy. It was all perfect. Thank you Hana and everyone else in the homestay <3

This is a brilliant Homestay. Fresh and new, with big airy rooms and comfortable beds set in a lovely garden on a deck overlooking a quiet river. Breakfast was cooked fresh. The owners, Hana and Viet, were exceptionally thoughtful and helpful and all the staff were lovely and friendly. Whenever we needed anything, Viet would magically appear, often with bottles of water, as the weather was exceptionally hot. The little swimming pool was a great help, too. They could help with outings and transport. They have a motor bike and electric bike hire company opposite the accommodation. The Homestay is in a quiet lane, within a short walk to the smaller boat dock, but well away from the noise of the main road. There are a choice of places to eat in the evening along the lane. We liked the Forest Sunrise Hostel.

L’emplacement est parfait ! La vue sur la rivière est très belle et Hana et les autres personnes de l’établissement sont très accueillantes !

Great family homestay. A nice quiet place to stay away from the nearby busier spots. The family restaurant next door was handy for an afternoon refreshment and a meal.

Everything was good

Very easy place to quickly unwind and relax… we just arrived after a week of bicycling in the north.

Nothing - everything was as expected or better.

Дом находится в сельской местности, но недалеко от центральной дороги. Вокруг множество дорожек и тропинок, по которым здорово гулять и кататься. В прокате есть мотобайки и разные велосипеды. Нам очень понравились электровелосипеды - исколесили всё окрестности! В номере тихо, есть кондиционер и большой вентилятор. Напор воды хороший, и холодная и горячая вода без перебоев, в номере свой бойлер. Бассейн чистый, прохладный, не очень большой, но достаточный, чтоб освежиться. Меню на завтрак представлкно несколькими блюдами, всё очень вкусно, по-домашнему. Рядом есть магазинчик, много кафе. Хозяева - милейшие, радушные и душевные люди! Мы не пожалели, что остановили свой выбор именно на этом месте.

Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht und sind 7 Nächte geblieben, so schön war es. Die Anlage, das Zimmer, das liebe Personal, einfach toll. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und konnten aus dem Bett auf den Fluss und die unglaubliche Natur schauen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Mini Markt sind in der Straße. Nebenan betreibt Hanas Schwester ein sehr, sehr schönes Lokal mit leckerem Essen und dem bisher besten Salt Coffee! Das Frühstück konnte aus einer Karte ausgewählt werden - wir empfehlen die Pancakes und das Omelette mit grünen Zwiebeln, sehr lecker. Hana stellt kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt, sondern sind Grab gefahren, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Der Wäscheservice war ebenfalls super. Wasserflaschen wurden uns reichlich zur Verfügung gestellt. Zum Abschied haben wir für die Zugfahrt sogar noch ein kleines Lunchpaket bekommen, da haben wir uns sehr drüber gefreut. Ein toller Aufenthalt, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird!
