BEThe experience in the desert is a must and the tents in the camp allow for a good view over the surroundings. A couple of camels are available for a ride which is a nice thing to do. Dinner is good with many options. The tent amenities are sufficient and private.
We were disappointed by the absence of any authentic Omani experience. Given the price, we were expecting some entertainment in the evenings to help us better understand the traditional way of living in the desert but the camp owners didn’t offer anything of the sort. Also, some lights between the tents would be good to help us see the way once it gets dark. Breakfast is a bit light.

GBThe tent on stilts was amazing!When it’s windy you can enjoy the breeze without being blasted by sand. The large deck means you can sleep under the stars if you want or you can sit in the shade above the communal food tent( which has A/C and plugs to charge phones!)

OMGreat experience overall, but I strongly recommend the Dune Bashing by Sunset (what an amazing drive!)
SGNice and spacious, dinner buffet is good and plenty, breakfast is good too. Charging station is in the common areas and the bathroom is outdoor -private, in your room, but no ceiling-, so just make sure you shower during the day.
INI liked the location the most. In the middle of nowhere with no other camp in sight. The perfect Arabian nights feeling at night . Amir and yasir are perfect hosts and did dune bashing nicely. They treated us to Arabian omani hospitality with dates and coffee during iftar. He took us to the highest Dune. Kitchen staff were courteous as well with Indian styled cooking with veg and non veg options.
They should have charging points in the tents. We had to charge them in the dining hall.
SKWe enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was fabolous. From the moment Hamood picked us at the parking, than first sip of Omani coffee and chill at the terrace, later sunset at the desert and dinner with great variaty of food. I really appreciate that Hamood made outside fire and offered tea. Great conversation with many people. In the morning again beautiful sunrise. Everything was very enjoyable!
