⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Una sistemazione molto comoda e pratica ma migliorabile. L'appartamento si trova a 200 metri dalla stazione di Mestre e lo si raggiunge attraverso una strada dritta, si affaccia su un parchetto in una zona piuttosto tranquilla. È situato al quarto piano con ascensore. C'è un piccolo ingresso, una cucina dotata di ogni confort (macchinetta caffè, bollitore, caraffa filtrante, lavastoviglie, forno, padelle), due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e relativi bagni. Ogni camera da letto è dotata di climatizzatore. In entrambi i bagni sono presenti due spaziose docce, ma solo in uno è presente il bidet. Presente anche una lavatrice. Le due camere sono dotate di un balcone che le mette in comunicazione, spazioso, arredato, e con affaccio sul parchetto sottostante. Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile, per 3 notti non era previsto un cambio asciugamani, ma lo abbiamo richiesto e ce li ha fatti trovare il giorno seguente. Il livello di pulizia è buono ma non certosino e migliorabile. Non ci sono zanzariere, pertanto pur essendo in una posizione molto ben ventilata, il comfort notturno in periodi particolarmente caldi potrebbe dover essere affidato in toto ai climatizzatori (e al piccolo ventilatore a soffitto in cucina). È presente il WiFi gratuito. Consigliamo di applicare ganci in bagno e all’ingresso per appendere asciugamani e vestiti.

Uno dei due materassi era particolarmente duro, tutti i cuscini erano alti e duri. In entrambe le camere non ci sono abatjour. Sui comodini sono presenti due proiettori che dovrebbero fungere da tv, ma sono inutilizzabili per questo scopo a meno di avere un abbonamento Netflix attivo. Noi li abbiamo utilizzati come luci notturne.

公寓距离梅斯特火车站步行不到10分钟，出行非常便利，附近有好几家中餐厅，吃饭也方便。房子很宽敞，还有超级大的阳台，乘凉聊天或者晾衣服都很好。房东是中国人，提前加了微信帮我们申请了入城许可，入住当天一直保持联系，并提前在楼下迎接，热情介绍屋内设施和相关旅游信息。退房时允许我们把刚租的车开进院子装行李，这太方便了。

床头加个台灯就更好了。

The area is not good. It’s a chineese area , not very safe and not very clean. The bathroom is quite old. The acces is not very easy in the building. Only one ser of keys .

When I arrived, the host came down in less than a minute! The apartment is so near to the train station and super convenient. It is located beside the supermarket with a lot of good food. You can just take a train or bus to Venice for tourist attraction. Highly recommend to any tourist especially here for the first time!

i booked this location because of the convenience of transportation and supermarket nearby. it was perfect because it was accessible to venice, but probably not as loud and crowded as being on the island. there are plenty of restaurants nearby. the host was very accommodating, since we arrived a little later, due to a flight delay. my app messaging wasn’t loading, so she was very quick to answer my call. the apt. was very clean and minimal, since too much furniture makes my kids a bit curious. coffee and water was very thoughtful. the balcony was very relaxing and nice to enjoy the njght. when we return to venice, i will book here again.

there isn’t a living room, but it worked out well because my kids stayed in their room and entertained themselves, while my husband and i got to hang out together.

It is ideally placed towards the train station and the supermarket. Beds are comfortable. The balcony is really appreciate. We could park right in front.

An oven but no plate, a toaster end-of-life, power strip in the kitchen broken and dangerous, no drinking glass (whatever the reason), 2nd intercom not functional, a shutter broken so short sleeping. Only details ? Yes, but the list is long and the price is high.

The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it had to offer, the balcony has a lovely view and the location is just perfect, close to the venezia mestre train station and the area has supermarket and restaurants nearby as well. , the staff is super friendly and the host is very responsive, would book again when coming to venice
