Location is good for a cheaper villa. Reasonably short walk to the main sanur street. It’s new, comfortable and has a good pool and surrounds.

Dealing with the booking company before arrival was difficult. I needed to prepay to activate credit card travel insurance however they couldn’t comprehend this. They subsequently ignored communication. Booking.com were no help, as expected. While the villa was nice and new, it’s been built cheaply and will be a dump in a few years. The biggest issue is that the air con unit is far too small for the large bedroom space so we struggled to sleep in the heat. That alone would stop me coming back. The site opposite is a rubbish dump and stinks, the block next door is a car repair shop.

We were initially going to be staying in this property, but due to some confusion with the amount of bedrooms we were moved to another location, which was great of the hosts, they really went out of their way to ensure of stay wasn’t disrupted. So firstly, you’re in good hands with the hosts. The description has been updated now so this listing is correct. We saw enough of the villa to see it was very clean, it was very modern and it seems as though it’s a very new. It’s very private and the outdoor areas are great, with a nice deep dip pool. We would have been very happy staying here had it just been us as a couple. The location is close enough to walk to the main areas but far enough away to ensure a peaceful stay.
