convenient location with laundry, groceries stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, internet connection, cooking utensils

no table to eat and no chairs to seat (we ate on the floor), one bedroom has a very bad mattress, constant water leakage in the kitchen, unable to use the washing machine, shower stall door with gap therefore the bathroom floor gets flooded easily,
