"Worst experience, wouldn't consider this hotel again"

First of all the receptionist didn't accept my reservation from booking.com He was claiming my booking rate is acceptable only if i check in before 4:00pm where as I've mentioned my arrival time around 9pm, so he ask me to booked another room which cost me 3500 and asking for extra charges too with not mentioning amenities it was the worst experience
