Lovely room in a great location. Staff were so friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

Nothing, but wish there had been a few extra pillows. We didn’t realize until staff had left.

Location is great, we didn't walk longer than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the city. Lovely big room Firm but comfy bed

The cafe downstairs is very busy, the door bangs shut every 10/15 seconds from 7am-10pm. This is the only noise complaint we had though, traffic noise is blocked out from the shutters and good windows. We had a few things to ask the host, some things we needed help with or a question we had, so did this over WhatsApp and our messages were just ignored! How rude. The electric for the apartment went out during the night and myself and other guests were trying to ring the WhatsApp number and hosts number and leave messages for hours, no one could get through to them! I think this was so poor, we were all without electric for most of the morning until someone eventually answered the calls near lunch time! I think when you spend as much money as you do, to stay at a place like this you'd expect someone to answer the phone, what if it was an emergency? A fire? Someone locked out? There was no help!

Very clean and good facilities. Staff were accommodating and accommodation was excellent for the price we paid.

No complaints
