The price. The staff was helpful with us. In the first place, the bed sheets were not clean (stains and hairs) but they changed it right away upon our request.

Cleanliness in general : commun areas, bed sheets (like mentioned above), bathroom, surfaces. There was also a leak in the bathroom of our bedroom, so the floor was continuously a puddle.
