LONG STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests who are booked from 19 nights and up are required to deposit P5,000 before arrival HAIR DRYER & IRON. Please request these ahead if you need one. Available upon request: Extra towels for a minimal fee. Early check in/late check out fee: P100 per hour before 3pm check in and after 11am check out. "Unacceptable- simple as that"

Originally i had booked a room at one oasis, it looked very nice on the pictures. But because of a plumbing issue i was moved to persimmon studios, which is in no way was comparable to the other room. And they did not give a discount even though i were moved to a substandard room in a worn down building
